This lovely
spacious self-contained apartment is situated at
Big Bay in the Bloubergstrand area of the Cape,
famous for all watersports and unspoilt sandy
beaches. The apartment offers magnificent views
of the bay onto Table Mountain and Robben
Island, with endless blue skies and sea.

apartment offers accommodation for 4 people consisting of open
plan kitchen and dining room/lounge with sliding doors opening
onto a very large patio with beautiful views.
The lounge has a TV, DVD and Hi Fi. A fully fitted kitchen with
granite tops complete with microwave, dishwasher and breakfast
island. Laundry can be done in the communal laundry on sight.
2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/mes. Main bedroom has a queen bed with a
sliding door onto the balcony with 180% views of Table Mountain,
sea and Robben Island and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed with
views.

apartment by lift.

Situated between 2 excellent golf courses it is 20 minutes from
the V & A Waterfront, 15 minutes from the famous Durbanville

large shopping mall.
It is 20 minutes from Cape Town international airport and is
within walking distance to the beach.
