All the rooms have underfloor heating, tea/coffee making facilities, televisions and air conditioners ensuring your comfort throughout the year. A drink’s refrigerator is available in the Manor House.

Barbecue area may be used by all guests.

The Barn House
The Barn House consists of guest house accommodation as well as self-catering accommodation (sleeping 4 -12 adults and children). It has a sunny breakfast room and a large entertainment / bar area stretching onto a wide patio facing the pool area.

Two de luxe Gallery Rooms on the first floor with magnificent views of the swimming pool, garden, dams and surrounding mountains. A separate sitting room and balcony sharing the rooms' magnificent views are part of the upstairs exclusive use area.
On the ground floor there are two deluxe Family Rooms with full bathrooms, lounges, sleeper couches (children under 12 stay free), private patios and magnificent views of the pool area, ornamental dams and majestic mountains. These rooms have full bathrooms, tea/coffee making facilities, televisions, mini bars, underfloor heating and air conditioners to ensure your comfort throughout the year. Wi-Fi hotspots are also available.

One de luxe Self-catering Villa with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4), a luxurious full bathroom, fully fitted open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, private patio and magnificent views of beautiful gardens surrounding the pool area and ornamental dams as well as the surrounding majestic mountains. The villa has underfloor heating and air-conditioners ensuring your comfort throughout the year.
