We are only 20 minutes of picturesque coastal drive away from
Cape Town city centre and the V & A Waterfront. En route to town
you can stop at the vibey Camps Bay beach and entertainment
strip or cool off in the waters of Clifton beach. The
world-renowned Kirstenbosch botanical gardens are a 10 minute
forest drive away as is the splendid Constantia wine route.
Transport is easily organised - car rentals are cheap and taxi
shuttle services a phone call away.
3 Plumtree Villa and cottage are 2 private
separate dwellings with spectacular views,
located in the beautiful Hout Bay valley. Hout
Bay offers excellent valley and beach views, and
is surrounded by magnificent mountains. In Hout
Bay, you are a stones throw from the beach, the
harbour and of course Chapman's Peak Driver, the
worlds most beautiful drive. The house is hired
out as a single unit in high season but out of
season prices can be as low as R300 for a room.
Our Villa - sleeps 2-6
Beautiful, spacious, double volume designer home with
breathtaking views and outstanding entertainment areas. 2
spacious en suite bedrooms - one king/one queen - both with
private patios. 3rd double bedroom with full separate bathroom.
Sleeps 2 - 6 comfortably + 2 more on sleeper couch. En suite
bedrooms & lounge have own satellite TV Modern granite open plan
kitchen.
All
appliances / conveniences including Tumble Dryer/ Dishwasher/
Fireplace. Double volume lounge with large wooden deck
surrounding salt water pool with kiddie proof pool cover. Full
security system, safe, & garaged parking. Full cleaning & child
minding services available as well as internet connectivity
Our Cottage - sleeps 2-6
Designer built cottage with two queen size bedrooms. Sunny
lounge with deck and modern open plan kitchen with all
conveniences, including satellite television, dishwasher and
tumble dryer. Large full bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Private garden with sparkling spa pool and tanning area. Secure
under cover parking. Sleeps 4 + 2 more on sleeper couch.. Fresh
linen & towels provided. Full cleaning & child minding services
available as well as internet connectivity.

If you decide to leave this sanctuary, we are 2 minutes away
from the Hout Bay beach front and village - where you will be
able to purchase any provisions you may require as well as
satisfy all your needs for good food and wine in the large
variety of restaurants and delis.
