King's Place is set on 8 acres of prime agricultural land in the
lush seaside valley of Hout Bay, Cape Town, South Africa.
Secluded and peaceful, it is surrounded by a magnificent garden
with views of the back of Table Mountain and the Constantiaberg.
There are 2 beautiful swimming pools and for the energetic a
tennis court. Valley House 1 and 2 are situated on the upper
slopes of the property. Valley House can accommodate 2 - 20
people. It has it's own 11m swimming pool.
Valley House consists of two units which
may be rented individually or together, providing accommodation
for sixteen persons in total. Each unit has its own entrance and
facilities. The house is beautifully furnished, with techniqued
walls, exquisite bathrooms, queen size beds, and quality linens.
The Dales is situated on the lower section of the property,
bordering the paddocks and stables. It is a beautiful thatched
double-story home that sleeps 10 - 12 people. There is a
swimming pool, trampoline and jungle-gym.
