Bay Vista Garden Flat, located in Glencairn,
between Fish Hoek and Simonstown, is a totally
private ground floor apartment below the main
residence, offering comfortable and affordable
self catering holiday accommodation on the False
Bay Coast. We are set in a tranquil garden
setting, high on the mountain, with lovely sea
and mountain views. Our aim is to provide value
for money, and to cater for local tourism as
well as overseas visitors.
Bay Vista Garden Flat is best suited
for a couple, and can also accommodate 1 or 2 children.
The apartment has a double bedroom, with
magnificent views over the garden, valley and sea. The spacious
living room with sea and valley views has a CD player/radio, TV
and VCR, and a single bed and a couch that can serve as a 2nd
single. The bright and roomy kitchen is fully equipped with
fridge, freezer, microwave oven, etc.
The bathroom has a bath with shower enclosure, toilet and basin.
Towels and bedding are provided. Braai (barbeque) facilities are
available and safe parking is provided in the driveway area,
metres from the door. Please no smoking indoors and no pets
allowed.
The lovely indigenous garden is rich in local birdlife, and is
yours to relax in and explore. The pond and stream provide a
restful ambience after an active "out and about" day.
Soak up the sun, meditate beside the pond, enjoy the sound of
trickling waterfalls, feed the Koi fish, watch the sugarbirds or
make friends with a tortoise.
